Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms just a 5-minute walk from the main area. The staff was fantastic, friendly, and very child-friendly, catering to all our needs. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to town without any major hills to climb.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were quiet and provided a great view of the beautiful lake, although a bit noisy in some areas. They were modern, fully equipped, and had everything I needed. The service was exceptional, accommodating, friendly, and very helpful. The location was ideal for exploring Queenstown, just a short walk from restaurants and the waterfront. The dining experience lacked breakfast options, but the facilities were fantastic.
The hotel is situated at the top of the main Queenstown Mall, making it very convenient for accessing shops, supermarkets, wine shops, and excursion departure points. The rooms were warm, spacious, and clean, although the presence of venetion blinds on the door let in too much light from the living room. The location is central to many activities in Queenstown, but it's on a steep hill.
